You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

PH97 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. PH97 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Deposits are credited to your PH97 account in Philippine Peso (₱). PH97 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. PH97 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
PH97 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts typically process within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
PH97 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PH97 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
PH97's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH97 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PH97 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
PH97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, PH97 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure or inactivity — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
You may close your PH97 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact PH97 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. PH97 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits PH97's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
PH97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PH97 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
